These initiatives aim to support staff in their roles and create a supportive, inclusive workplace environment. The recent training achievements includes senior members of the team completing a CPD-certified menopause awareness course.
Juratek has also reported that several team members have successfully completed other essential training programmes, including First Aid training, ensuring they are prepared to respond to medical emergencies, and Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) training, further reinforcing the team’s knowledge of workplace safety and health standards.
Additionally, the company’s Fire Marshals team has been strengthened with the completion of fire safety training and Mental Health First Aid training has been successfully completed by key members of the team, enabling them to provide crucial support to colleagues experiencing mental health challenges.
