Juratek Ltd are delighted to announce the acquisition of Bettaparts Ltd in a deal that will see the Doncaster based braking specialist take 100% control of the Bradford based distributor.
The purchase comes 18 months after the MBO of Juratek, and Managing Director Matt Robinson says "We had the opportunity to buy a business that is local to us, that share some of the same products but services a different part of the market. There are obvious synergies, and we are looking forward to working with the Bettaparts staff, customers and suppliers."
Bettaparts will remain at its Bradford site, serving its existing customer base and there are no plans to distribute Juratek branded products through the new site as the companies will operate separately.
