COVID-19 Update

Dear Customers,

As you are all aware, we are facing difficult & unprecedented times amid the COVID-19 outbreak & as such we must put the health & wellbeing of our employees, customers & suppliers at the forefront of everything we do.

In line with the recommendations of the UK Government we are taking a number of steps to ensure that all personnel who are able to work from home do so & for those who remain at work have an environment that is risk reduced.

Starting from today those colleagues who are able to work from home will be doing so & those who have to work inside the business will be doing so on a rota basis where possible. Those working from home are fully operational.

Our availability is currently over 99% & we have product on the water from our supply partners to support this. Our intention is to maintain the current 5.30pm order cut off & AM delivery service for as long as is practical. We are open for business and its 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹!As the situation evolves or the government guidelines change then we will constantly review the situation & implement any recommendations & communicate them with you.Please be assured of our best wishes to you, your family & your colleagues during this challenging period for us all.
